Celebration Menu for that special occasion hosted at home. Each main course comes complete with all garnishes and condiments. We offer the following choices:

Braised Shoulder of Lamb

Served with roast heritage carrots and parsnips and traditional bubble and squeak with a red onion and rosemary sauce 

Roast Ballotine of Chicken

Stuffed with sage and onion mousseline and served with roasted root vegetables and parmesan potatoes 

Roast Fillet of Beef Wellington

Prime fillet of beef wrapped in a chicken and wild mushroom farce, herb pancake and buttery puff pastry with salt-baked root vegetables, fondant potato and port jus  

Salmon En Croute

Salmon fillet stuffed with lemon and dill mousseline and wrapped in nori and buttery puff pastry and served with boiled new potatoes, blanched green beans and tenderstem broccoli and a chervil butter sauce
